I am the one alongside you each step of the way to carry you through your doubt, to create your friendly plan, to watch you grow and to wave your flag as you exploit your peak potential. This euphoric bliss awaits you, living the friendly life. I have developed Living the Friendly Life concept where it is impossible to fail. It is a matrix where you will achieve growth, health and balance but most important you will sustain it. On our free initial meeting, I will guide and facilitate you based on where you are in your life right now. From here, we will elevate you to a point of success in all areas of your mind, body and soul. At Matthew B Friendly Fitness, we pride ourselves in living the friendly life . For you, your food, your environment and your relationships. We offer many services under one roof from tried and tested experts namely .. I would like to share with you the person I was, the person I am and the person I am becoming. I was your average working guy, always the underdog, never succeeding, trying all quick fixes. I learned the hard way that it all comes from within. I have done it all! I am now a reformed fit, healthy and successful person in all areas of my life. Not only does it take work and a process to get here, it takes discipline, kindness, love and a healthy attitude to maintain it. I am here to assist you through this process. However, I do need you to be as committed as I am to your progress so we can reach your potential together. Not until you give yourself the best possible chance, can you be the best person you can be. Balance. The golden word! We are all in different places, have different situations and schedules.
